Clearwater based manufacturing company is growing. In need of an experienced Soldering Technician to join their team.

Utilizing written work instructions to assemble various products, including complex re-work, soldering, wiring skills, and testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Performs electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or similarly related repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations related to hardware such as modules, boards, and cables. Includes complex rework, soldering, wiring skills, and testing capability.
- Performs assembly operations using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and/or other approved documentation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- The individual will have the responsibility and authority to carry out all assigned tasks
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education.
- Experienced in through hole and surface mount soldering.
- Quality inspection on electronics to IPC standards
- Certification in IPC-610 and IPC-620
- Used calipers, micrometers, crimpers, measuring with scales and strippers
- Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions which may be technical in nature.
- Soldering experience
- Ability to lift/move material up to 35 pounds. May be required to work with hazardous materials.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions.
- Prior experience soldering small components
- Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment
