Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Sales department in all daily administrative tasks.
- Processing of sales requirements, quotes, orders, expediting, and customer record maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
- Data entry with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and data formatting.
- Light email and phone correspondence to customers for order follow-ups.
- Maintain and update department procedures.
- Light reception duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- One year or more of administrative experience.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- MS Office experience is a must.
- MS Dynamics 365 & Business Central experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Career driven with a professional attitude.
- Accuracy & attention to detail are key.
- Work well independently.
