Candidate would be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the manufacturing plant. This includes servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing facility systems and manufacturing equipment. Persons working in this role are expected to be proficient working with electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Specific equipment includes PLC’s, AC/DC drives, HMI’s, electric motors/pumps, gears/pulleys, drivetrains, generators, pneumatic/hydraulic motion systems, liquid/gas piping systems, electrical distribution and others.

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Perform technical troubleshooting and repair of facility and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer’s recommendations and/or established procedures.
- Read and understand blueprints, equipment manuals, specifications, standard operating procedures, and be able to use proper judgement when taking corrective actions during equipment malfunction.
- Continuously increase job knowledge, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize a variety of mobile support equipment as required to complete assigned tasks.
- Support a lean manufacturing culture through the relentless pursuit of eliminating waste in the manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Consistently demonstrate strong leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills to drive a professional, respectful work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
