This position will use Microsoft Excel to perform various data entry & analysis tasks as an integral part to the IT & Purchasing teams.
*Qualified candidates must demonstrate Intermediate - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and have a minimum of two (2) years experience creating and using formulas to analyze large sets of datas in Microsoft Excel.
Ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving and time-management skills, demonstrate the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, be able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize duties to ensure all deadlines are met.
Candidates must be able to follow established procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop new Standard Operating Procedures when beneficial.
Responsibilities include:
· Use Microsoft Excel to Compile, Manipulate & Analyze Large Sets of Data from Multiple Sources*
· Adapt to Use Proprietary Programs to Complete Assigned Tasks
· Process Orders using Proprietary Programs and Send Purchase Orders to Suppliers
· Be able to Identify & Resolve Problems
· Work Closely with Vendors to Resolve Issues
· Provide Support to the IT & Purchasing Team
· Cross Train and Provide Backup for Other Members of the IT & Purchasing Teams
