Well established local manufacturing company in need of Customer Service talent to join their team.
Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Receive all fax, telephone and mail communications --Process customer orders, invoicing and questions --Create and update customer information CUSOMER SERVICE DUTIES: --Answer phones --Assist customers with their orders for product, return goods authorizations, defective return goods authorization, pricing or literature --Order Processing and quality control of co-workers orders --Invoice processing --Customer file information maintenance --Assist sales representatives as needed --Process customer credits --Keep up-to-date on product information --Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed --Customer contact regarding holds on account --Other duties as assigned by management CUSTOMER SERVICE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: --High School Education (or GED) --Excellent phone skills --Must have great verbal and written skills in English --Computer knowledge and experience --Filing and typing skills --Ability to handle multiple task and deadlines in a
professional manner.
