DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
--Receive all fax, telephone and mail communications. --Accurately process customer orders, invoicing and questions --Create and update customer information PRIMARY DUTIES --Answer phones --Process customer orders and returns --Quality control of orders --Process invoices --Maintain customer file information --Assist sales representatives as needed --Other duties as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS --High School Education --Good phone skills --Good verbal and written skills --Computer experience --Filing and typing skills --Ability to handle multiple task and deadlines in a professional manner.
