Job Description
Largo, Florida based, well established DME equipment sales company is looking for a full-time customer service associate to join their team.
8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
$15.00 to $16.00 per hour to start
REQUIREMENTS:
--Detail oriented
--Basic computer experience
--Business phone skills
--Customer service skills
--"Medial Intake" experience with knowledge of third-party funding.
--Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Insurance IS HELPFULL to learn and grow in this position.
--Working with staff in doctors' offices is a transferable skill to this
--Familiar with HIPAA regulations
Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience is HELPFULL in learning this
position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Inbound calls from clients and confirming current information or creating new client files.
--Outbound calls to clients or referral sources to schedule appointments.
--Intake follow-up
--Accurate data entry
