Clearwater based manufacturing company is growing! In need of TWO CNC Setup Machinist for 1st and 2nd shifts
$21.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience
Candidate will set up machine tools according to specifications, tooling instructions and standard charts and applying knowledge of machining methods: Reads blueprints or job orders for product specifications, such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds and depth of cut and determine sequence of operations.
CNC Setup Machinist Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, reach overhead and lift to 50 pounds. Must be able to read, write and speak English, to include written and verbal instructions.

CNC Setup Machinist Skills and Qualifications:
- Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Tooling, Coordination, Inventory Control, Attention to Detail
- Experience with Turning centers such as Mori Seiki, Samsung, including turrets and live tooling is preferred.
- Experience with Milling centers such as OKK and Matsuura is preferred.
- Years’ experience: With formal training 3 to 5 years’ experience or 5 to 7 years of machining experience.
