Job Description
Local company in need of an experience CNC Machinist Set-up Candidate for either 1st or 2nd shift.
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM, Monday – Friday
All candidates must know how to interpret blueprints and be able to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper.
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
--Able to set up and operate CNC Machines
--Conduct basic inspection as required
--?Perform hand finishing, parts cleaning and other general tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
--Minimum education required: High school diploma
--Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
--Understand shop floor math
--Understands GD&T
--Ability to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper
Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per day, be ability to move about, bend, stoop, push, use hands
Must be able to read, write and speak ENGLISH, to include written and verbal instructions.
Must have unaided visual acuity or corrected visual acuity should be at least 20/40 in each eye at 20 feet. Must be able to distinguish colors.
