Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual who can juggle many tasks to completion for out Hillsborough Office. Everyday is a new challenge and a chance to grow in your position. Must be self motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, memory of an elephant and dedicated to doing what it takes for our customers.
Salary based on experience.
Training will be provided in:
General duties:
-- Business Development
-- Full sales cycle
-- Candidate recruitment/placement
-- Follow-up
Skills needed:
-- Bilingual - Spanish (read, write, speak)
-- Persuasive personality
-- Typing skills
-- Data entry skills
-- Ability to make notes, and follow-up on open tasks.
-- Handle a variety of personalities and situations professionally.
-- Customer service.
-- Telemarketing skills, to include cold calling.
-- Outside sales and customer contact.
-- Candidate recruitment/placement
-- Bullhorn software or ATS experience (will train)
