Job Description

The Parts and Service Coordinator will provide support to Field Service Technicians by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compete scheduling of meetings or tasks as assigned
- Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers/vendors
- Prepare communications, such as: memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle requests for information and data
- Provide “real time” support to managers as needs in the field arise
- Prepare material for meetings (schedules, presentations, etc.)
- Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Collaborate with marketing on projects as needed
- Manage current and upcoming parts orders in our system
- Responsible for coordinating and shipping logistics of parts and machines
- Assist in maintaining project and customer information in SalesForce.com
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service
- Ability to anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make good judgement calls with little supervision
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior administrative experience
- Prior parts and service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
