Job Description
Tampa company looking for an outgoing, organized, self-stared to join their administrative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person. Everyday is a new challenge and a chance to grow in your position.
The individual we are looking for must be able to juggle several tasks, switch gears quickly and have a memory like an elephant. Typing is a must, and not the "hunt and peck" method.
General duties:
-- Interaction with a wide variety of personalities via telephone, text, email.
-- Ability to follow directions
-- Key information into a database
-- Ability to work from lists, databased, etc. to complete tasks
-- Customer service/sales skills
-- Ability to complete follow-up on tasks without be told to do so
Skills needed:
-- Persuasive.
-- Typing skills (not "hunt and peck")
-- Data entry skills
-- Ability to make notes, and follow-up on open tasks.
-- Handle a variety to personalities and situation professionally.
-- Customer service.
-- Telemarketing skills, to include cold calling (NOT SALES).
-- Customer contact.
-- Bullhorn software experience (will train)
BILINGUAL A MUST (SPANISH)
