Local, well established Tampa Bay restaurant in need of an EXPERIENCED Line Cook/Salad Prep.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following:
  • Set up station, prep any product needed
  • Read all tickets
  • Prepare and coordinate orders
  • Communicate with other stations and expediter
  • Make food orders and ensure quality food
  • Keeps area clean
  • Set up and break down all equipment used
  • Adhere to uniform policy and maintain a professional image
  • Adhere to safety standards using cutting gloves and wearing non-slip shoes
  • Assist Chef as needed
  • Assemble entrees (rice, potato, vegetables)  maintain and monitor time and  temperatures on the steam table
  • Ensure that food served is proper in appearance and portions 
  • Monitor and maintain proper cooking temperatures
  • Will adhere to the company attendance policy and dress code (proper  uniform including non-slip shoes)
