Local MSP company is growing and in need of experience or entry level Help Desk  Technicians!

Help Desk Technician Skills Required:

-- Experience with Microsoft Centric a PLUS (training available)
-- Ability to  analyze a network environment and offer solutions
-- Experience with  remote support and monitoring
-- Ability to  diagnose and repair potential problems
-- Experience in  management of server security to prevent firewall intrusions and attacks
-- Skills in  data back-ups 
--  Perform application  of OS and panel upgrades
-- Certification in or studying for  MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, MSDDA certifications.
