Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Establish rapport and create a remarkable experience
  • Remain focused on what is best for the customer  and go the extra mile
  • Work as a team. Be ego-less and partner to find the best solutions
  • Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of company' s information  assets in accordance with the company' s information security program.
Customer Service Representative Experience Needed:
  • Customer-centered, with a strong sense of personal integrity
  • 2-4 years of phone based experience
  • Prior enrollment experience preferred
  • Proven track record in consultative strategies
  • Ability to work day, evening and flexible weekend schedules
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus
