Experienced Bookkeeper needed for a Clearwater company. Do you have experience with Quickbooks? This could be the job for you!
Bookkeeper is responsible for financial records and transactions of the company. Functions include Accounts Payable, Cash and credit card account reconciliation, Petty Cash Custodian, Employee Advance transactions and recording, Payroll reporting and provide assistance to Company Officers and Department Managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process payments to vendors via checks and credit cards to pay for goods and services received by the company. Maintain all related records and files. Administer and make updates to the Vendor Records in the system. Monitor A/P aging to insure timely payments.
Provide financial reports to Company Officers on a monthly/annual basis. Other reporting may be requested as needed. Conduct account reconciliation for all cash and credit card accounts as part of monthly reporting. Audit accounts and reports as required and reconcile
fund for reporting each month. employee and prepare payroll deduction. Monitor account balances and interest.
Review time cards and prepare spreadsheet to be sent to Payroll Processing. Review payroll register and confirm hours and deductions prior to checks being processed. Record each Payroll by General Journal entry to reflect expenses and liabilities.
