Job Description

Clearwater based company hiring an Experienced  Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilties include:
  • Ensure every customer experience is top notch in  quality.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues
  • Enter orders assuring accuracy, timely order completion and confirm via email or fax
  • Check emails and respond with pricing, stock availability, confirmations and shipping quotes
  • Keep CRM/GP customer information up to date and add notes
  • Issue RMA’ s to customers
  • Set Up new customers in GP for sales team and follow up in CRM with customer contacts
  • Provide Online Chats thru the Website
  • Assist sales team as needed
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and work at a high pace
  • Dependable
  • Can follow instructions and work independently
  • Has common sense, good organization skills and attention to detail
