Maintenance Electrical Specialist

Function: Demonstrate ability to perform all Maintenance I requirements. Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance on plant electrical, electronic and computer controlled equipment and systems. Second Shift
-Troubleshoot, repair and maintain: Computerized equipment and systems, all electrical equipment,
Minster Stamping equipment, McNeil molding presses, V&O Stamping presses and industrial washers.
-Assist all Maintenance I & II.
-Understand and interpret PLC ladder logic and programming
-Adhere to all Company policies.
-Follow all training procedures at all times.
-Use good housekeeping practices to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.
-Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.
Marginal Job Functions:
Fabricating electrical/electronic assemblies and components.
Plumbing, welding and carpentry.
PH and chemical monitoring, mixing and feed systems.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Will Train on day shift 7 am - 3 pm for few weeks. Home shift of 2nd will be 3 pm - 11 pm. High School diploma or GED required. Regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
Must have AA Degree in electrical/electronics or equivalent education and experience. 3 – 7 years manufacturing industry experience with demonstrated electrical, electronics and PLC systems troubleshooting
and maintenance skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance, able to work all shifts and overtime as required. Must be familiar with CMMS.
